Third-Party Services & Integrations Policy

1. Overview

Arehté uses third-party services and integrations to provide its features. This policy explains how third-party services are used within Arehté and the boundaries of Arehté's relationship with those services.

2. Types of Third-Party Services

Arehté may use the following types of third-party services:

• AI model providers: Services that generate AI content, recommendations, and analysis.
• Cloud infrastructure: Hosting, storage, and computing services.
• Payment processors: Base44 Payments (powered by Wix) for subscription billing.
• Email providers: The current app-level Gmail connection is read-only and supports inbox/opportunity workflows. Outbound Gmail sending is available only for an account that has separately authorized the required send permission and after the customer approves the external send.
• Social platforms: Facebook Pages supports approved page access, insights, and publishing; LinkedIn supports authorized member posting. TikTok is limited to authorized profile, statistics, and video-list access and does not support uploading or publishing. Instagram Business is active for the scopes granted by the connected account and may be used to refresh Creator Protection media inventory.
• Analytics: Services for understanding usage and improving the platform.
• Video generation: AI video generation services for content production.
• Search and data services: A Google Search Console connector is configured, but search-performance features require the account owner to grant the necessary Search Console permissions.
• Authentication: Google OAuth for account login.
• Storage: File storage for uploaded assets and generated content.
• Other APIs: Additional services as needed to provide features.

3. Third-Party Providers Are Independent

• Third-party providers are independent services. Arehté does not own or control them unless explicitly stated.
• Arehté does not sell third-party platforms as Arehté's own product. Arehté uses third-party technology as infrastructure and components of its service.
• Arehté does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with any third-party provider unless a documented relationship actually exists.
• Third-party providers have their own terms of service, privacy policies, and developer policies that govern your use of their services.

4. Customer Authorization

Some integrations require you to authorize Arehté to access your third-party accounts. When you authorize an integration:

• You grant Arehté permission to perform the actions you specify on your behalf.
• You are subject to the third-party provider's own terms and policies.
• You can revoke authorization and disconnect the integration at any time.
• Arehté records the connection and disconnection in its audit trail.

5. Third-Party Service Limitations

• APIs can change: Third-party providers may change their APIs, features, or pricing at any time, which may affect Arehté's integrations.
• Integrations can become unavailable: Third-party services may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.
• Accounts can be suspended: Third-party platforms may suspend or restrict your account based on their own policies.
• Usage restrictions: Third-party providers may impose rate limits, quotas, or usage restrictions.
• Provider decisions: Arehté is not responsible for third-party decisions, outages, or policy changes, except where required by law or contract.

6. Integration Legitimacy

Arehté follows an internal engineering rule: "Never build a business-critical capability around a third-party service through a loophole, unauthorized scraping, credential sharing, account automation, or circumvention of platform restrictions."

Arehté's preferred integration methods, in order:

1. Official API
2. Official OAuth integration
3. Approved developer program
4. Documented commercial integration
5. Explicit provider authorization

If a capability depends on an unclear or prohibited method, Arehté flags it for review rather than hiding the risk.

7. Current Integrations

Availability depends on the app-level connection, the permissions granted by the account owner, provider approval, and provider uptime. The current support boundary is:

Connector status and permissions can change. Arehté will not represent an integration as available unless the required connection and provider permissions are active.

8. Data Processing

When Arehté sends your data to a third-party provider (for example, sending your business data to an AI provider to generate content), that provider processes the data according to its own terms. Arehté selects providers that offer appropriate data protections, but you should review the provider's terms if you have specific data processing requirements.

If your organization requires a Data Processing Addendum or customer data/privacy addendum, contact AREHTÉ through the in-app support assistant. Availability and terms are subject to review and are not represented as pre-approved until AREHTÉ has an executed or counsel-approved document appropriate to the request.
