Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Arehté is committed to making its website and platform usable by people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice input, magnification, captions, or other assistive technology.

Our accessibility target

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our current design and development target. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and this statement is not a claim that every page or third-party service is fully conformant or legally certified.

Measures we use

• Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and native controls where practical.
• Keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, and a skip-to-content link.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for controls.
• Color contrast, responsive text, reduced-motion support, and clear error messages.
• Accessibility review during material interface changes and remediation of reported barriers.

Known limitations

Some third-party services, generated content, uploaded customer files, or newly released features may not yet meet our target. We do not control the accessibility of third-party websites, payment pages, or connected platforms, but we consider accessibility when selecting and integrating services.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, contact kiana@areteio.com or use the in-app support assistant. Please identify the page, feature, and assistive technology involved when possible. We will respond and work to provide reasonable assistance or an accessible alternative.

Testing transparency

Arehté performs code-level and build-level accessibility reviews as the platform changes. A complete independent accessibility audit or certification has not yet been completed. We will update this statement when additional manual assistive-technology or third-party testing is completed.
