1. How AI Is Used

Arehté uses artificial intelligence to:

• Analyze your business information and generate growth insights.
• Recommend strategies, content ideas, and outreach approaches.
• Draft and prepare marketing content, emails, proposals, and scripts.
• Organize workflows and assist with business operations tasks.
• Schedule and execute specifically authorized actions on your behalf.

2. AI Outputs Can Contain Errors

AI-generated content and recommendations may contain errors, may be incomplete, and may be inaccurate. AI outputs are generated based on the information available and the AI model's training, which has inherent limitations. AI does not independently determine what is best for your business.

3. Not Professional Advice

Arehté is not a legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, employment, or regulatory advisor. AI-generated recommendations are not professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your circumstances before making consequential business decisions.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using AI-assisted features, you are responsible for:

• Reviewing consequential AI-generated material before publishing, sending, or acting on it.
• Making the final decision on whether to use AI-generated content.
• Claims, offers, and representations made in content you publish or send through the platform.
• Ensuring your content is appropriate for your business, audience, and brand.
• Compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

AI-assisted recommendations are not guarantees of business outcomes. Arehté does not guarantee revenue, leads, customers, conversions, rankings, growth, or return on investment. Your actual results depend on many factors, including your decisions and execution.

6. Three Automation Levels

Arehté operates at three levels of automation, each with clear boundaries:

• Suggest: Arehté recommends something. You decide. No external action occurs. Examples: business strategy, growth recommendations, marketing ideas, suggested outreach.
• Prepare: Arehté generates or prepares something for your review. You approve before external publication or sending. Examples: social posts, emails, outreach campaigns, proposals, content calendars.
• Execute: Arehté performs an external action after you have specifically authorized it. Examples: publish social content, send outreach, schedule communications, execute an approved campaign.

Your acceptance of the Terms of Service does not serve as blanket authorization for every future external action. Consequential actions require your specific authorization at the time of the action.

7. Arehté Is Not an Autonomous Decision-Maker

Arehté may analyze, recommend, draft, prepare, organize, schedule when authorized, and execute specifically authorized workflows. But Arehté does not independently make business decisions on your behalf. You remain the decision-maker.

Arehté does not represent that it "runs your business with no oversight." The platform is designed to reduce manual work while keeping you in control of consequential decisions.

8. Approval and Confirmation

For consequential actions, Arehté provides clear confirmation interfaces that show what you are authorizing, what will happen, and your responsibility to review the materials. Bulk approvals show the full scope of what is being approved. Persistent automation authorizations clearly state what Arehté may do, which accounts it may use, and how to revoke authorization.

9. Audit Trail

Arehté records your authorization actions - including content approvals, bulk approvals, automation authorizations, and integration connections - in an audit trail. This helps reconstruct what you authorized and when.
