These challenges give you a concrete way to make, compare, question, revise, and reflect before asking technology to finish the thinking for you. In Content Studio, AREHTÉ can coach you through a challenge without completing it for you.
Take your current project. Remove your favorite tool from it - the one you always reach for first. Make the idea work without it. What did you discover about the idea that the tool was hiding?
WhyRemoving a familiar tool gives you a different constraint to solve around and something concrete to compare afterward.
Before you ask AI to generate anything, write ten different versions of your idea by hand. Different angles, different tones, different audiences. Only then ask AI to help. Compare what you wrote to what it wrote. Which is more you?

Find five creators whose work you admire in your field. For each one, identify the specific thing that makes their work impossible to confuse with AI-generated content in the same space. Write it down. Now look at your own work - what is your version of that thing?

Spend one full hour creating without any AI tools. No generation, no suggestions, no autocomplete. Notice what you reach for, what you miss, and what you do not miss. Write down what you learned about your own instincts.

Take one of your old pieces - something you finished and moved on from. Reimagine it in a completely different medium or format. A caption becomes a script. A photo becomes a written piece. A product becomes a story. What survives the translation?

Review your own most recent work as if you were a harsh but fair critic you respect. What would they say is missing? What would they say is obvious? What would they say you are avoiding? Write the review. Then read it.

Write one paragraph about your work without using any common industry phrases, buzzwords, or borrowed language. Only your own words. If you catch yourself using a phrase you have heard before, cross it out and find another way to say it.

Instead of using references to copy from, use them to define what you will NOT do. Study three references and extract the principles behind them. Then create something that uses the principles but none of the surface. What did you build?
