That does not mean rejecting useful technology. It means asking whether the value of a task justifies the tool, reducing unnecessary generation and tool sprawl, choosing simpler systems when they are enough, and continuing to learn as better evidence and better technology emerge.
We believe technology can also help people solve meaningful problems. Our job is to pursue that possibility with curiosity, restraint, transparency, and a willingness to improve.
